Choose a Coach

Your coach is your personal trainer, who will help you set up your account and guide you through the course.

Things to Remember:

The coaches will talk to you, so make sure your sound is on.

If you don't want a coach, or don't want sound to play, click on the "No Coach" option.

If you change your mind, you will have an opportunity to change your coach later on.
